* Membership incentive is to waive Membership for the first 100 membership sign-ups in each Member Type.
To be a member of the The Rastafarian Cooperative (TRC), membership is required. For those who
cannot afford the minimum membership investment, it will be absorbed by the organization.
* Regardless of the amount contributed to support TRC, ‘active’ TRC Board Members will have one
(1) vote on each initiative brought forth for consideration by the TRC Board; with only a simple
majority needed for approval. A quorum will be considered satisfied with at least ½ of the ‘active’
TRC Board voting in-person and/or by voice-vote . This will insure that each ‘active’ TRC Board
Member has equal representation in TRC which is here to provide maximum benefit to our
Community and not to any specific individual or group.
The objective is mass membership and mass patronage of our own enterprises.
Lifetime Membership Ladder: Once “paid” as described in one of the options below, Member will
have attained and qualified to receive their “The Rastafarian Cooperative Lifetime Membership
Certificate and will be recognized at annual TRC Membership Meeting:
(1) $1200.00 – Paid in single donation within 1 calendar year = $1200.00
(2) $600.00 – Paid in 2 equal donations within each year for 2 successive years = $1200.00
(3) $300.00 – Paid bi-annually within 2 successive calendar years = $1200.00
(4) $60.00 – Paid every 3 months (quarterly) for 5 years = $1200.00
(5) $10.00 – Paid monthly for 120 months = $1200.00

Note: *NJRC Board reserves the right to improve the equitable distribution of the above distribution
formula and/or change date of distribution if target distribution is less than $10.00 per member.
