Simmer the herbs and water (ratio will depend on the herb) for about 15-45 minutes (again, time depends on the herb). Use immediately.

2oz dried herbs to 1 pint of vegetable oil (or olive oil) and bake in the oven at about 200°F until the herbs are crisp. Strain and store.

1oz dried herb : 1pt of water. Pour boiling water over herbs. Let seep for 15-20 minutes. Use immediately.

... try to store things in a dark colored bottle. Also, used the English Measuring System NOT metric. So some people may need to convert the units. Pt=Pint, oz = ounce, qt = quart. Also : implies ratio. I tried to make it so that vegans can make things without using animal products and people under 21 can make these if they have no access to alcohol.
